Zhongyu Fire-fighting Equipment Co., Ltd. (Zyfire) historically derived from previous state-owned fire hose company, Jiangyan Fire Hose Plant (JFHP), set up in 1981. Senior Huang, father of current owner worked as the director of JFHP until retiring. During this period Junior Huang joined JFHP as technician and was finally promoted to be sales director. Since 1998 Chinese economy accelerates its privatization process and in the same year Senior Huang, Junior Huang and some other technical staff, who left state-owned JFHP, started a new private company Zyfire.
With technical transition from JFHP, its correct strategy and motivation that Zyfire manufactures high-quality fire hoses, Zyfire grew up very fast. Now Zyfire becomes a top manufacturer of fire hoses with large production scale and complete product line in China. Zyfire now almost can manufacture full line of fire hoses, including woven-jacket hoses and elastomer covered hoses (Nitrile rubber, PVC, PU covered hoses). Hose lining materials include natural rubber (NR), SBR, PVC, EPDM, PU, Nitrile Rubber,
and Neoprene rubber etc. classified by application, Zyfire hoses cover rack hoses, municipal fire hoses, industrial fire hoses, mine fire hoses, forestry fire hoses, snow-making hoses, potable water hoses, PVC or rubber covered discharge hoses, mill hoses, contract hoses, and agricultural hoses etc.
Zyfire developed two types of coating technology, PUENCAP and SAENCAP. Different colored hoses can be supplied.
In order to supply high quality product portfolio to our customers, Zyfire also produces and supply some metal fittings and valves for fire fighting application. Some valves are approved by EN 671. With our quality control system and sourcing capability, we can supply complete product packages to our customer besides fire hoses, including storz coupling, instantaneous coupling(BS), expansion ring coupling, storz branchpipe, BS branchpipe, landing valve, sprinkler, and etc.
Zyfire can manufacture fire hoses which meet or exceed technical requirement by standard UL, FM, MSHA, BS6391, EN14540, EN14811, DIN, MED, or CCC etc. Some of Zyfire hoses are approved by EN14540 and EN694. UL approvals are forthcoming.
In order to meet the different technical requirement by different geographical markets, Zyfire try to supply customized products to its customers over the world.
