Safety Pressure ratio
Different countries have regulate different safety ratio on fire hose pressures. In this catalog 3:1 safety ratio is default safety ratio if no additional spefication is applied. Namely, bursting pressure is three times of service pressure.

SAENCAP is a high performance SA latex.. The hoses treated by SAENCAP gain more water resistance. It is an economic coating option.
Tips on Fire Hose
When you choose hoses for fire fighting application, water flow loss, bursting pressure, abrasion resistance and lining materials are the most important four factors. Usually the thicker hose lining, the less water flow loss. The thicker jacket, the higher pressure rating and abrasion resistance. EPDM and PU lined hoses performance better than Natural rubber or SBR or PVC lined hoses.
