Zyfire can develop and manufacture different types of woven-jacket hoses. Jacket materials can be Nylon or Polyester yarn. Lining materials can be PVC, Natural Rubber ， SBR ， Neoprene Rubber, EPDM, PU, and nitrile rubber etc. Zyfire can supply single jacket hoses and double jacket hoses which are more abrasion resistant and of heavier duty.
For the better abrasion-resistance, humid-resistance, and higher strength, etc. the hose jackets can be treated with some special coating materials.
Zyfireo develop two type of coating technology: PUENCAP and SAENCAP.
PUENCAP is a high performance polymeric dispersion. The hoses treated by PUENCAP gain more abrasion resistance, oil resistance, anti-fungi, UV resistance, Ozone resistance, water resistance, cold resistance etc. PUENCAP treatment are suggested for American market.
SAENCAP is a high performance SA latex.. The hoses treated by SAENCAP gain more water resistance. It is an economic coating option.
Coating treatment can change the colors of woven jacket hoses into other colors, including Yellow, Blue, Orange, Red, Tan, Black, Green etc.
