Mooney and Vosicometer Tester
To test the moony viscosity and scorch time of the mixing rubber.
High-low Temperature and Ozone Aging Test Equipments
ZYfire's products would be tested both in high and low temperature. Highest temperature150℃(302℉),Highest temperature-70℃(-94℉).
Our Ozone Aging Test Machine will stimulate atmospheric environment, temperature, humidity, ozne, etc.
Pressure Burst Test Machines
ZYfire's hose would be tested burst pressure to determine the absolute maximum pressure a component will burst.
Abrasion Test Machines
The property of abrasion resistance of ZYfire's hose would be tested.
Textile Test
Mesuring Reel tests the linear density of the weave layer (yarn and filament yarn) into hoses.
Tensile Machine tests the tearing strength of yarn, fliament yarn and lining tube. It also tests the peeling strength of hoses.
